This interactive, expert-led session is designed for researchers, project managers, and support staff involved in shaping and submitting research proposals — especially for EU or nationally funded initiatives.
Focusing on the pre-award phase of project development, the seminar will walk participants through some of the most critical elements of successful proposal planning:
- Building the right consortium and identifying strong partners
- Conducting stakeholder analysis and structuring proposals effectively
- Planning budgets, timelines (Gantt charts), and anticipating risks
- Mapping out deliverables, milestones, and impact pathways
The seminar will feature talks and insights from a diverse group of experienced professionals:
